| |  | More than a PC based digital media player, Comark’s ThinSign™ is designed to move companies beyond the limitations of proprietary broadcast solutions, and offers the versatility to communicate optimized digital media to the masses via networked store-and-forward media streams as well as dedicated experiences in remote, non-networked locations.
Featuring a low profile design and an integrated mounting system, the ThinSign™ player offers significant advantages by minimizing digital media installation complexities in retail, restaurant, education, travel and hospitality markets. Offering low cost of ownership, flexibility, reliability, and scalability in a compact form, the device’s outer housing provides multiple VESA mounting patterns for direct attachment to the back of any-sized flat-panel display.
ThinSign™ is built on low power, quiet, Mobile Pentium technology capable of supporting several commercially available Windows or Linux based players. It supports several MPEG formats in both standard and high definition and has integrated serial ports for remote display control.
