Blogger opines on 'robot' ticketing kiosk made in Japan

DVICE.com: A ticketing kiosk that stares back at you? Self-service deployers in Japan have introduced the public to a kiosk that looks like a robot. Technology blogger Adam Frucci explains why he believes they've created a monster. "Look, Japan," he writes, "I know you have a thing for robots. It's awesome, really ... . (But) clearly it's just a ticket kiosk. It's not a robot. It can't walk around, it isn't sentient. It's just shaped like a robot, and we aren't fooled by it."
